Rafael Esteban Bello Pérez
Director of the Informatics Research Center of the Central University of Las Villas
Member of the Academy of Sciences of Cuba and an experienced researcher, who has been working for years in the field of Informatics and Computing, specifically in the field of Artificial Intelligence. He is currently the Director of the Informatics Research Center of the Central University of Las Villas and President of the Scientific Council of that institution. He holds the special category of Professor of Merit.
